For the safety and integrity of our patients, REGEN does not accept returns or exchanges on opened skincare products, supplements, or wellness products.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. A valid receipt is required.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispensed should be reported to our team within 7 days of purchase so we can assist with a resolution.
