What’s your approach with injectables? “I don’t change faces, I enhance and balance what’s already there. I focus on subtle enhancements that make patients look refreshed, not over-done.” 4. What’s the deal with wellness? Former NFL cheerleader for @buccaneers + NHL dancer for @tblightning then pageant queen in the @missusa pageant system “I learned that beauty and performance are built on discipline…not quick fixes. Today wellness runs deep for me: a healthy diet, consistent exercise, mental health breaks, checking labs, and science-backed peptides/supplements.” 5. If you weren’t in aesthetics + wellness, what would you be doing? “I was a neuroscience RN before getting into plastic and reconstructive surgery. I’ve always been fascinated by the brain…how it works and how it shapes who we are. I’d probably be working in psych or mental health.“ 6. What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work? “Spend time with my family + friends. My husband and I love to travel and explore new restaurants. We have two daughters, who you may see at REGEN from time to time! They think REGEN is their business and practice answering the phones!” 7.
