Dr. Kate O'Connor

Medical Director

As Medical Director of REGEN Society, Dr. Kate O’Connor brings a rare combination of surgical mastery, innovation, and warmth to the world of aesthetics and regenerative medicine. A double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, she oversees clinical safety, treatment protocols, and provider education, ensuring every service offered at REGEN Society meets the highest standards of care.

A fellowship graduate of globally renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Jacono, Dr. O’Connor is among a select few elite surgeons trained in the most advanced techniques in facial rejuvenation. At REGEN, she supervises advanced aesthetic procedures—including injectables, microneedling, and laser treatments—to ensure they are performed safely and effectively.

Beyond her technical expertise, Dr. O’Connor is known for her grounding presence and approachable leadership style. As a new mother, she brings a deeply human, nurturing perspective to her role—fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and trust for both patients and REGEN providers alike.

Bailey Bruce, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Advanced Practice Provider | Aesthetic Injector

Bailey Bruce is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of clinical experience and a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin. Originally from Arkansas, she spent the majority of her nursing career in Memphis, beginning in critical care before transitioning into aesthetic medicine and later working in facial plastic surgery.

After earning her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022, Bailey discovered her true calling in aesthetics—where her love of anatomy, precision, and creativity came together. Her time in facial plastic surgery further refined her technique and deepened her understanding of facial structure, balance, and long-term outcomes.

Bailey is known for her upbeat energy, attention to detail, and her ability to make every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for. While many injectors refer to themselves as artists or sculptors, Bailey likes to call herself an “aesthetic fairy godmother”—because her goal isn’t to change how you look, but to enhance what already makes you feel beautiful, using just the right touch of magic.

She specializes in full-face rejuvenation and facial balancing with dermal fillers, approaching each treatment with clinical precision and a strong sense of aesthetic harmony. Whether she’s restoring volume, refining contours, or enhancing symmetry, Bailey believes in subtle, strategic enhancements that create natural-looking, confidence-boosting results.

Court Adams, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

With a background in social work and a deep passion for authentic connection, Court brings a distinctive, client-focused philosophy to the world of skincare. Since beginning her esthetics journey in 2013, she has cultivated a career grounded in empathy, expertise, and results.

Her professional experience spans a diverse range of settings—from dermatology and plastic surgery practices to eco-conscious beauty studios and a prestigious Four Diamond hotel spa. Most recently, she successfully owned and operated her own skincare practice, further refining her personalized approach to treatment.

Courtney specializes in corrective and preventative skincare, crafting bespoke treatment plans designed to support each client’s individual skin health and confidence.

With over 10 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Marlena brings a strong clinical foundation rooted in plastic surgery and top-tier medspas. Her expertise spans from advanced facials, laser technologies, and radiofrequency microneedling—making her a go-to for clients seeking visible, long-term results.

Marlena’s journey began as a Medical Assistant for an orthopedic surgeon, where she developed her precision and patient-centered approach. She later transitioned into aesthetics, combining her love for science and skincare to deliver results-driven treatments with a deeply personal touch.

Now based in Brentwood, Marlena is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. Whether she’s treating acne, aging, or texture concerns, she creates a space where clinical excellence meets genuine care.

Addie Karlblom PA-C

Advanced Practice Provider | Aesthetic Injector + Wellness Specialist

Addie is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine, with a focus on injectables and advanced laser treatments. With years of hands-on experience in plastic surgery, Addie has mastered delivering natural, refined results that enhance her patients’ features while maintaining their individuality. Her precision-driven approach ensures subtle, harmonious improvements that boost both appearance and confidence.

In addition to her aesthetic expertise, Addie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. A certified Pilates instructor since 16, she integrates a holistic understanding of the body’s movement and wellness into her practice, aiming to empower patients not just through aesthetics, but through a balanced, whole-body approach to health and vitality. Addie specializes in weight management, gut & liver protocols and hormone optimization. Whether with a needle, a laser, or a Pilates session, Addie always has your best interest at heart, helping you feel your most confident and aligned.

Hayley Heimbach

Practice administrator

With over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine, Hayley is more than a Practice Administrator, she’s the steady force that keeps REGEN Society running smoothly. Hayley brings both heart and structure to every aspect of the practice.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Hayley’s journey in aesthetics began working alongside top plastic surgeons and leading high-performing med spas, always with a commitment to excellence and compassionate care. Her sharp eye for detail, paired with a genuine dedication to patient well-being, ensures that every experience under her guidance is seamless, elevated, and focused on real, confidence-boosting results.

Hayley believes that beauty and wellness go hand-in-hand, and that the best outcomes are built on trust, education, and a truly patient-centered approach.
